Christopher Greener (born Christopher Paul Greener, 21 November 1943, died 11 February 2015) was the United Kingdom's tallest British-born man for nearly 4 decades, peaking at 7 feet 6.25 inches in (229.2 cm) in height, until Neil Fingleton (and later also Paul Sturgess) grew even taller. His weight ranged from 20-30 stone during his adulthood.
