Just finished the book child of god and am curious if anyone has watched the movie from 2013. It has pretty poor reviews but it's a gritty story and I could see alot of people being put off by that alone. Trying to decide if it's worth watching or not!
It’s been a while since I read Cormac McCarthy, especially Child Of God. I’ve been reading McCarthy again chronologically with the exception of saving Suttree for last. How would you review the movie or compare the book version vs the film adaptations?
