Chatroom is a 2010 British psychological thriller drama film directed by Hideo Nakata [3] from a screenplay by Enda Walsh, based on Walsh's 2005 play of the same name. [4] The film follows five teenagers who meet on an online chatroom and encourage each other's bad behaviour.
As Eva, Emily and Mo try to save Jim, William begins a terrifying game of cat and mouse chasing them across the internet, shutting down their systems, and cutting them off from his victim. Fantasy meets reality when William and Jim are face to face in rush hour on the underground.
