Biography. I was born and lived most of my life in London, some people might think that’s unadventurous but there’s still so much about the city I don’t know and it’s always changing. I like a lot of the really old things like Wilton’s Music Hall in the city and the new things like the gherkin building and the millennium bridge.
Catherine Johnson is a novelist and screenwriter who lives in London. She was born in 1962 and studied film at St Martin’s School of Art. She is the author of several books for children and young adults, including A Nest of Vipers (2008), the story of Cato Hopkins, the youngest member of a ‘family’ of skilled fraudsters, and several novels set in Wales and in London.
Johnson took full advantage of the situation, graduating from high school early and beginning to attend college at 15 years of age.
