The 457th Legion was a military legion of the Grand Army of the Republic. Led by Jedi General Jacen Vicrul, his Padawan Jakiti Sho, and Clone Commander CT-3537 "Flipoff". The 457th fought against the droid forces of the Confederacy of Independent Systems throughout the Clone Wars. The 457th mostly kept the Venator-class Star Destroyer know as The Escalator as there headquarters. The Escalator was commanded by the female Twi'lek Republic Admiral Em’li Ryano
The 457th legion took part in many battles during the Clone Wars, battles like: First battle of Geonosis, First Battle of Tatooine, Defense of Cato Neimoidia, Battle of Anaxes, Infiltration of Felucia, and the Battle of Lothal.
In 19 BBY, large parts of the 457th was spread across the galaxy hunting the CIS forces. The Escalator was in the Coruscant system when Order 66 was enacted. All the clones abound, beside Captain CT-2506 "Tripwire", Captain CT-1289 "Telephone", and Lieutenant CT-0929 "Arrowhead" who defied their order and helped Vicrul escape. His Padawan wasn't so lucky though. Even with the Admiral's help, Sho and Ryano were over whelmed and gunned down.
After Order 66 the 457th Legion and the chain of command restructured and it became The 457th Legion under the command of Commander Lennix Runner. Following this The 457th Legion was tasked with hunting down clone defectors from the original 457th legion.
