A Jewish ice cream vendor in the Carpathian Mountain region of Ukraine returns home to see his birthplace which he has not seen in 50 years.
Critics reviews. Zev Godinger a proste yid, or simple Jew, lives in the Carpathian mountains in the Ukraine. Zev has a special and rather harmonious friendship with his Gypsy neighbors.
