'CARJACKED': Two and a Half Stars (Out of Five) This is one of those movies that's mildly entertaining but you can definitely see why it was a direct-to-video release. It stars Maria Bello as a single mom fighting a custody battle and Stephen Dorff as a bank robber who steals her car, with her and her son in it.
Review by HazyB ★★½. Maria Bello did very well, her character has a great overall arc. I always like Stephen Dorff as well, he has a quiet intensity and always delivers great dialogue. This isn't the best movie and the ending is super bland...but a couple pretty good performances by Dorff and Bello. 6 likes.

First time watch, bit of a lackluster movie even with 2 decent actors playing the main characters in the movie. Pretty predictable pacing and nothing overly amazing to keep the audience interested or attached to the story ★★
Nov 3, 2011 · This movie isn’t titled right. Technically, if you stretch it, maybe it would be considered a carjacking. For good ol’ bank robber Roy (Stephen Dorff), the reality is he’s doing some kidnapping tonight. Either Kidnapped was copyrighted, or Carjacked had more oomph to it.
