Captain & Tennille were an American recording duo whose primary success occurred in the 1970s. [ 1 ] [ 2 ] The husband-and-wife team were "Captain" Daryl Dragon (1942–2019) and Toni Tennille (born 1940).
Comedy spots include Ron Howard as Prince Charming in a modern-day singles bar; Toni Tennille and Daryl Dragon as a couple forced to sit apart in a crowded movie theater; and Gabriel Kaplan as a confused funeral director with a game-show fixation. The entire cast joins in a finale saluting the 1950s.
