In that spirit, each month CH-UH is recognizing employees who go above and beyond to inspire unity and create a culture of excellence in our district.
At Canterbury, every student makes the team. The interscholastic sports program encourages individual participation and achievement by giving every student an opportunity to learn and play sports competitively. This policy of inclusion is at the core of Canterbury athletics.
The Golf team is a District 4 member of the New England Preparatory Scholastic Athletic Conference (NEPSAC). In 2024, team members broke a number of Canterbury records during a highly successful season. Golfers practice and have home matches at Lake Waramaug Country Club in nearby New Preston, Connecticut.

Varsity Football. Canterbury Football competes in the Evergreen League, which consists of 16 teams from Connecticut, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, and New York. The Saints play an eight-game schedule with the potential to qualify for a postseason New England Prep Bowl game.
