- Start outside and draw the ground floor walls, doors and windows. Go outside to the front of the house and, starting at the bottom of the page, sketch the outline of the ground floor.

- Go outside and mark the first floor windows. Head back outside and mark where the windows are at the front of the house. Often they are right above the ground floor windows so that’s nice.
