Jul 6, 2016 · OP: I have Win 10 now on my laptop, I installed bb desktop, but even the when I plug USB from Passport to Laptop, and it beeps and says "Device Connected to Computer' on phone. The phone doesn't appear in Window File Explorer. So I assume I need to manually install bb device drivers? maybe?
