Adoptions. During winter months we have fewer cats and kittens available for adoption as we are busy with Trap, Neuter, Return (TNR) before kitten season begins in the spring. Please feel free to contact us as our available cats and kittens can change daily.

What can I expect from rehoming a working cat? Any working cat you adopt from us will be neutered, ear tipped (or microchipped if friendly enough) and will have up to date flea/worm treatment. Some will be part/fully vaccinated to allow them a boost in when moving into their new home too .
If you're interested in adopting a working cat, please fill out our Working Cat Adoption Form, so we can let you know if and when we think we might have a working cat that could be right for you. The adoption fee for a working cat is £80.
How to rehome a working cat. Working cats are a great choice for reducing rodent population on your property. It also means you offer a home to a cat that needs freedom, a safe place to live and the opportunity to be themselves.
We neuter all working cats before rehoming them. We ask for a minimum £25 donation per working cat. If you are interested in adopting working cats please contact New Start Cat Rescue.
