May 15, 2006 · When applying updates it is important to have the correct version, to check your version number, right click on the RCT3.exe file (you will find it in the installation folder for RCT3) and select properties. The version number is also available if you look in the about window in game.

Garbage interface: In RCT1 and 2, you only have to navigate a few screens to get to where you want, which can be easily closed, moved around and adjusted with a large amount of hotkeys. In 3, there's lots of different screens and certain screens (ie the useful ones like rides and scenery) can only be open one at a time.
