The Air Cadet Pilot Scheme is for current Air Cadets and is the most sought after scholarship in the UK. This course gives you 12 hours of flying, culminating in your first solo flight. The Air Cadet Pilot Scheme is a 2 week residential course that can count towards your DofE awards.

Mar 22, 2021 · Criteria. The criteria for applications are as follows: Female aged between 17 and 24 (must be at least 17 on 1 June). British citizen and resident in the UK. Demonstrate a serious ambition and ability to pursue an aviation-related career. Availability to undertake and complete the Scholarship during summer 2022.

May 25, 2023 · So depending on circumstances you may want to consider a Gliding Scholarship. Gliding scholarships are the only option at the moment, (and probably for the next 1-2 years). Application process will differ between Wings. Well, ACTO34 still says that cadets can apply at any time in the year….

Application forms are available from November onwards as confirmed scholarships become available. We are usually able to provide PPL (A), FIC (A) and Gliding Scholarships, subject to availability in a given year. Interviews will usually be during April and will be held in London.
