(known simply as Talking Tom in some regions) is an interaction-based video game developed by Outfit7 and released on April 6, 2016 as part of the Talking Tom & Friends line up. It is a reimagining of the original Talking Tom Cat, which released in 2010. Though a remake of it, it is radically different from the original version, only retaining few elements from it. The visual style is also enhanced, now featuring an art style closer to the style which originally appeared in My Talking Tom, which released in late 2013.

•It is unknown why Talking Tom Cat got an overhaul in 2016, although fans usually agree it was because the old model looked uncanny and outdated.

•In the original version, Tom would scratch the screen with one hand, but in the relaunch, he scratches with both hands.
•When it originally released in April of 2016, there used to be bubbles on the food section, which when used, it would make Tom drink bubble soap and then hiccup a bubble. This was later replaced with a tub bucket of milk for unknown reasons, though it is assumed it is because bubbles are not edible and are also dangerous to drink since they're made out of soap, which is really poisonous.
