A college will be able to use a fee waiver grant in respect of the activity of a student, only if they meet the criteria set out in this document and they are eligible for support on the basis of residence:
1. Eligible Students. 1.1 The College may apply a fee waiver in respect of activity for any of the following types of students: Further Education (FE) students following a full time non-advanced programme for whom SFC credits can be claimed.
