In order to more fully help those who may be victims of a Title IX violation, the University has designated various employees who can assist members of the University community without being required to provide personally identifiable information to the Title IX Office.
The following employees are confidential reporters: On-campus licensed professional counselors and staff; On-campus health service providers and staff; Vowed religious (priests, deacons, and religious sisters and brothers), including the University Chaplain, when providing pastoral services
The University of Dallas Health Services and Counseling Services assist students with medical needs and with personal, emotional or adjustment difficulties. The Student Health Clinic provides routine doctor office services with the convenience of an on-campus location.

The student has not missed more than three hours of class time in a three-credit hour course (and similarly and proportionally for courses with fewer or more credit hours). Students are entitled to two excused class hours for attendance at such events.

Class attendance is assumed. Unexcused absences from three class hours in any one course shall be reported to the Registrar, who then warns the student.
