CJTF-OIR's headquarters is at Camp Arifjan in Kuwait and includes approximately 700 personnel from 27 nations who are involved in coordinating operations in Iraq and Syria. [ 33 ] Lt. Gen. White handed over operational control to Lt. Gen. Paul Calvert on 9 September, 2020. [ 34 ]
