Mar 27, 2020 · Currently active 8th grade students in the Cambridge Street Upper School, Putnam Avenue Upper School, Rindge Avenue Upper School, Vassal Lane Upper School, or the Amigos School will be automatically enrolled into CRLS for grade 9. These students do not need to register for CRLS.

In 1977, two separate schools, Rindge Technical School and Cambridge High and Latin School, merged to form the Cambridge Rindge and Latin School.
