The farmhouse is apurpose-built training venue, which has been converted from a 200 year old, Welsh mountain farmhouse. Located on the Black Mountain it can accommodate courses from 6 to 150. The Bannau Brycheiniog (Brecon Beacons) is one of Wales’ 3 National Parks . The Park is famous for its outstanding natural beauty– with mountains, waterfalls and caves. Our base within the Park provides a wonderful natural classroom and playground for our programmes with its untamed environment of rugged peaks, lakes and green valleys.
Call of the Wild are also keen to promote sustainable use of the environment, this means that our programmes won’t cost the earth. The Company is working towards obtaining carbon neutrality status.
Wales is an ancient landscape, with history and myth wherever you look. It’s a land of majestic mountains and mighty skies, fringed with an impressive coastline. But it’s also a land of epic thinking and high adventure. Everywhere you go, there are innovative ideas, in ancient places. A fifth of the country is National Park.
