Nov 28, 2022 · Yes, you can dive in Virginia Beach. The water is clear and there are plenty of fish to see. The coral is beautiful and there are many different types of marine life to discover. It stands upright in approximately 100 feet of water, making it one of the most upright aquariums in the country.
Aug 24, 2018 · I’m here for an introductory dive lesson at the dive center’s heated indoor pool to better fathom this exhilarating experience. I’ll discover more of the marine world by plunging to a deeper depth and breathing underwater.
The centerpiece of the new 9,000-square-foot aquatic and dive center is a 120,000-gallon, in-ground dive training pool with a max depth of 15 ½ feet. The new center focuses on water safety, swim lessons and scuba diving certification and is supported by a retail store and rental gear locker.
