That's because fraudsters ‘fatten up’ the victim with loving words before executing the investment part of the scam.

Interest in an email supposedly from cryptocurrency wallet MetaMask also spiked in recent days, according to Google Trends data. The email, titled ‘Immediate Action Required: Suspension Alert', tells you that you need to ‘update your wallet’ to comply with ‘global regulations’.
My opinion is that Adblock plus rates a 0 out of 10. I could never make it work after several attempts over several days. My guess is that several "real" protection programs which I run prevent me from doing something. AdBloc is a "stinking fraud" path into a Windows computer---and possibly Apple as well.
