First day of school updates Elementary schools: • Sept. 8 is the first day for all students in grades 1-5. • All kindergarten students will attend school during the first week; however, there will be a staggered schedule for students. 20 - first day of school for grades 7, 8, 10, 11 and 12. 30 - holiday. March 2025. 20 - end of Q3. 21 - student early release. 31 - holiday (CCPS will review this holiday date and adjust if necessary.) Makeup time: The superintendent determines makeup times.
First days of Autumn term for students: Tuesday 3rd September (Year 7s & 8s only) Year 7s start at 8.30am (gather in the tennis courts); Year 8s start at 10.45am and go to their PD bases. Subject lessons will take place for Period 4 & 5.
