  2. You can request a free furniture collection using our online form at the bottom of the page. You will need to tell us: your contact details. Your local BHF store will then contact you within 5 working days to agree a date. This service is currently for collecting furniture and electrical items.

  3. If you need to contact us outside office hours about door-to-door fundraising, call 07977 271614. This number is only for queries about door-to-door fundraising. It’s not available for shop and store enquiries. You can text or leave us a voicemail. We aim to reply to urgent queries within 20 minutes.

If you have bags and boxes of donations you can either take them straight to your local British Heart Foundation charity shop, or post higher quality items for free.
