Sep 5, 2008 · You seem to be correct in your calculations. You are providing a service, and your flight may be 0% rated, but charge 17.5% VAT on the whole service (incl the flight cost). Despite numerous cash pay flights, i see no way to find book with avios flights. All flights show business class available for cash pay.
Jul 16, 2020 · Things to try..... 1. Log into your booking direct and ensure you exec club number is set on the booking. 2. Try logging out and back into of the app. 3. If none of the above works, you can log out of the app at any tiime and log into the booking if you need to check in / get boarding pass. Reply.
