   • It’s good, hard metal, but the edge retention is non-existent. This person most likely just cut the sword out of a sheet and sharpened it, which lacks a lot to be desired.    • Longsword are two handed swords that can be used with one hand. From what I understood from the books, Brisingr is more of a one handed sword with a slightly longer handle so it can be used with two hands I see. Makes sense. No this handle is way too long to use one hand on, it'd get caught in your wrist as you're using it.
