If you don't have access to the email address or mobile phone number associated with your Facebook account – maybe because you were hacked and your password was changed, or you lost or forgot them – try these steps to recover your account:
Forgotten account? · Sign up for Facebook. Log in to Facebook to start sharing and connecting with your friends, family and people you know.
Go to the profile of the account that you'd like to recover. Click below the cover photo. Select Find support or report. Choose Something else, then click Next. Click Recover this account and follow the steps.
Confirm your phone and phone number. Go to facebook.com/login/identify. Type the phone number associated with your account and tap Search. Select the account you want to recover. You will see a prompt that says Confirm via Phone Call. Below that, tap Continue.
