CARTER BRADLEY (1919-2008) was a journalist, administrator and publicist for many decades. After working on several Oklahoma newspapers, he spent 17 years with United Press International. He served on the staff of the U.S. Senate Committee on Aeronautical and Space Sciences and was administrative assistant to Sen. A.S. Monroney.
