   • The law firm is legit but something about that logo looks fake. You said that your case number has not shown up which means this could be a scam BUT. Call the orange county court and check that case number. "Superior Court" lol, no. This is not a summons or subpoena and it would not come regular mail. Nothing real about it at all

   • It is a legit company. Doesn't mean somebody isn't using their name to scam you. There are some typos and syntax in this letter that seems like someone who isn’t a lawyer (or native English speaker either) wrote this. For what it’s worth that law firm is a real law firm in California, and their website has similar graphics to the letterhead.
