   FOUND A SOLUTION! For anyone that comes to this thread with a similar issue, you need to reinstall the game entirely but ALSO DELETE the Mount and Blade Bannerlord folder inside steamapps. Even after uninstalling, it was leaving some residual files that were causing the crashes.
