250 g Frozen Peas1 tbsp Mint Sauce – either from a jar or made yourself (step by step recipe)1 tbsp Fresh Mint (chopped)10 g ButterPut the frozen peas in a microwave-safe bowl and add 1 tbs water.Cook on high for 4 minutes or until hot.At the same time chop the mint leaves into small parts.Drain the peas and then add the butter, mint sauce and mint leaves.The flavour goes great with lots of different meals. I especially like it with sausages and mashed potatoes or shepherd’s pie. But it’s also lovely for roast meats, chicken, etc.
