   • Could not recommend the Black Bear Inn enough. From the staff, food, wine, and interior of the restaurant everything was unmatched. There is ample parking across the road, we were able to bring our dog in and the staff had ample suggestions and really knew the menu extremely well. If you are in the area this restaurant is a must visit.

   Is the black bear a good pub?

   • Superb supper. As good as it gets. Ive been going to The Black Bear for over half a century. It's lost some of the "farmers pub" charm it had in the 70s, but it's more than made up for it with the quality of the food. Excellent. Highly recommended. A great pub with mainly Beef meals. Lots of steaks and my braised beef was gorgeous.
