   Is the Bitter End a good pub?

   • We’ve been in The Bitter End a few times for drinks and there’s a good selection of beers and ales to pick from. It’s a traditional English pub with plenty of wood panelling about and some might find it a bit dark. We went in on New Year’s Day for a meal, there was a large group of us so we took up most of the back room.

   Is the Bitter End a good place to eat?

   • The Bitter End is a lovely, cosy environment. The staff were very attentive and our drinks/food were on the table quickly. The landlady kindly offered treats to our golden retriever which was a nice touch and we had a nice chat also. We both had burgers which were very tasty and the portion sizes were generous. This was ideal after our long walk.
