Look at this section if you require a copy statement, a part year statement, redemption or closing statement for your mortgage account. This section may also help you if you have a query after receiving your annual mortgage statement or a query with the balance on your mortgage account.
Interest rate information. Your interest rate information will be on your mortgage offer and in your latest annual statement. If you are unsure about your product or interest rate please contact the lending call centre on 0345 300 2627.

You can make a mortgage payment using your debit card for any amount between £5 and £60,000 by calling us on 0345 300 2627. Please note we can only take debit card payments from customers named on the mortgage account. We don't accept credit cards or debit Mastercards (cards beginning with a 5).
Your mortgage repayments. Our tracker rates are linked to the Bank of England base rate administered by the Bank of England, this rate can go up or down which will impact the cost of your mortgage payments.
