The claimant Kevin Nunn was convicted in November 2006 of the murder of his girlfriend following the ending of their relationship. His application for leave to appeal to the Court of Appeal (Criminal Division) was refused after hearing counsel’s written and oral representations on his behalf. He continues to protest that his conviction was wrong.
