If you feel its sketchy, then see if your health provider can actually bill them. I cancelled mine after being offered insurance through my job. I felt it was a scam even though my clinic was able to find someone to bill from the card I provided. Too many holes to jump through with customer support and not enough info for me to feel comfortable.
