Aunt Walpurgia, the respectable witch of the coven of Blocksberg, tells Bibi the legend of the blue owls, also called "Solace Owls" - magical beasts with a healing powder hidden in their blue coats. These owls have been vanished from earth after a solar eclipse but legend has it that some of the powder remained in the caves of Altenberg.
