Biography. Bernardo was born in Porto, Portugal, and is one of the most prominent Portuguese horn players. Studied with Jonathan Luxton and Ab Koster, in Lisbon and Hamburg, and attended classes with Radovan Vlatkovic and Hermann Baumann, among others.
