Bernard Borderie (10 June 1924 in Paris – 28 May 1978 in Paris) was a French film director and screenwriter. His father, Raymond Borderie, was one of the producers of Les Enfants du Paradis (Children of Paradise, 1945). [1] Selected filmography. Cast. Igricheff, the Amiris' instructor, refuses to take part in the Cadi's arms deal. Deposed, he flees and joins the Ghafaris, determined to help his former enemies against the Amiris. Taken prisoner, he is saved by his young slave, Yasmina, while the Ghafaris are almost completely annihilated.
