There is a 24/128 chance of rolling the herb drop table. When the drop table is rolled, there is a 4/5 chance of dropping 1 herb and a 1/5 chance of dropping 2 herbs, leading to an average of 1.2 herbs per roll.
There is a 4/128 chance of rolling the rare seed drop table.Snapdragon seeds are a lot more common than suggested, at a rate more like 1/75 than 1/755, however the other seeds do not seem to be affected.
