I follow the Premier League, have some go-to sites to watch soccer but since about a month ago I cannot for the life of me find decent streams anymore. Every single player freezes intermittently, I have to waste a good 20 minutes before I can settle on a stream and pray nothing goes wrong.

The best thing that's worked for me is to trawl the BBC football chatrooms and see what people are posting links to. In the UK they get less live football than we in the US get, so they're always on the lookout.
