Jan 12, 2022 · This is a known issue and I've reported it to Autodesk last week when another user experienced the same issue. When I received it, at that time only Student Expert was retired and Autodesk Ambassador Hub was Live. Now as I said earlier too, student Group Hub has taken over Ambassador hub.

Oct 5, 2020 · Hi, i recently got the student license for autodesk products, but havent been able to make use of it. I uploaded all the documentation a few days ago, and it was accepted. I recieved the confirmation email and i have been able to log in and download all the software that i need. However, i cant seem to be able to activate it.

Oct 27, 2020 · With the new licensing system in place, where do I renew my educational license? The guide here mentions a personalised banner, but I don't see any button with "Renew license" on the page (I am eligible and have access till august 2021 for this academic year).
