Timeline. 25 Mar 1968. Grendon Lodge designated a Grade II listed building. House. c.1820. Stuccoed, with moulded cornice and parapet. Hipped slate roof; 2 stuccoed ridge stacks. Central staircase plan, with wings attached towards rear. Regency style, with Greek Revival porch. 2 storeys and basement; 3 bays.
