   I have sent complaints twice to Astral Travel two weeks ago and no response from them at all. My fellow passengers of the second tour already have the whole tour cost refunded to them after complaining to Astral a week ago.

   There have been quite a number of messages which reference Astral Tours and since we used them last week I thought I would share our experience. We booked online for the Cotswold Connection tour and exchanged a couple of emails to sort out the details. The Astral staff were very responsive and friendly.
