   I have sent complaints twice to Astral Travel two weeks ago and no response from them at all. My fellow passengers of the second tour already have the whole tour cost refunded to them after complaining to Astral a week ago.

   Is Ausra a good tour leader?

   • If I was just rating Ausra, our tour leader I’d have gone with 5/5 as she was excellent. Helpful, attentive, knowledgeable and certainly very good at her job. The 3/5 is for Cosmos and their choice of hotels - annoyingly out of town or in small villages/ towns.
