Spam the hook blade that might do it, if you don't have it yet might be it. (Juding by your health bar you gotta play more of the game to get more mandatory skills unlocked ie hookblade.) I hated this animus fragment. Tried spamming the hook blade - didn’t work. Tried using the parachute right before - didn’t work.
