  6. The historic British Isles + Ireland are mostly Westeros. Cornwall and the West Country (the Channel Islands especially have European influence) = Dorne. The western Midlands= The Reach and Westerlands. Obviously London = Kings Landing, and the Home Counties more or less = the Crownlands and Stormlands.
