Googling the spanish version of the company + "reviews" (europa ediciones opiniones) brings up a couple blog posts about publishing scams as the first results, with comments on said posts claiming they are scammers (as in, they will publish your book, but they are screwing you over big time)

They have so many negative reviews. I’m hoping that someone has had a positive experience with them. I published with Authorhouse a few years ago and unfortunately, the reviews are true. I’ve had an unpleasant experience and I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.
