  3. ARTE.fr. You can watch the first seasons of Kaamelott on the official 6play website, so I guess you can also watch other series and films from any of the TV channels that the Groupe M6 possesses (M6, W9, 6ter, Gulli, etc.). However, just like for France Télévision, you may need a VPN.

  4. Arte website has a live tv page but I am not sure it is accessible outside of France or Germany. In any case I don't think there is anywhere a live tv that also displays subtitles live (maybe during movies but that's all).
