4 days ago · Director John Hyams has a cult following thanks to his Universal Soldier sequels, but while Alone received fantastic reviews (sitting at 93% on Rotten Tomatoes), it virtually sunk without a trace. The film arrived in theaters and VOD simultaneously in 2020, but due to the COVID-19 pandemic, Alone's box office was only $642,000 worldwide (via Box Office Mojo ).

Around the Block features a breakout performance from newcomer Hunter Page-Lochard and an outstanding Australian supporting cast including Damien Walshe-Howling (Underbelly, Mystery Road), Daniel Henshall (Not Suitable for Children, Snowtown) and Matt Nable (Underbelly, Bikie Wars).
